How do I become a Franchisee?

Adventures in Advertising (AIA) is very selective about those to whom we grant a franchise license. To start the qualification process, simply complete the online Confidential Candidate Profile. This does not guarantee that you'll be awarded a franchise nor does it obligate you in any way.

What is the initial franchise fee?

Typical costs will vary. Most AIA franchises work out of a home office, eliminating the cost of leased space, parking and unnecessary overhead.

Since AIA provides franchisees with working capital by financing product purchases, one of the greatest costs of starting and growing your business is eliminated.

You'll need business phone and fax lines and a computer with Internet access. Initial AIA training is held at our National Support Center in Neenah, Wisconsin, so you'll want to budget for your travel expenses.

What training does AIA provide?

AIA provides unsurpassed, comprehensive training to our new promotional consultants during their initial two-week training at our National Support Center.

A program of active telephone coaching follows initial training as franchisees launch their business. Advanced training is scheduled after completing 120 days with AIA.

What ongoing support will I receive?

You will be paired with an experienced and knowledgable Franchise Support Representative during training. Your Franchise Support Representative will work with you and the rest of the team within AIA to support you as your business grows.

The entire AIA team - from Tech Support to Marketing; from Art Services to Supplier Relations - is committed to working with you to ensure your success. Opportunities to network with the National Support Center staff as well as fellow franchisees are countless...and valuable to both new and experienced AIA network members.

What makes AIA different?

AIA affords you the opportunity to have a home-based business - you have the flexibility to run your business out of the setting that you prefer.

AIA handles the time-consuming back-office tasks: supplier relations, order tracking, even customer invoicing. Our franchisees are free to spend their time productively.

AIA's volume purchasing and strong supplier relationships give our franchisees many advantages over similar sized independent businesses.

AIA provides working capital to its franchisees to grow their business. You're not limited by cash on hand or bank lines of credit. No order is too large.

The cost of entry into the promotional products business is low - and AIA gives you the benefit of affiliation with a large distributor company without having to go through the steep learning curve a totally independent distributor would need to go through. By the time franchisees with brick-and-mortar companies have their location determined, you can already be developing relationships with your customers.
